18". This pendant is extraordinary. I see a lot of broken and discarded jewelry and I have never, ever seen anything like this. It appears to be seashell inlay work perhaps in a resin base. The work is completed on a pearly shell that resembles Mother of Pearl, but I happen to know that it is actually a giant fish scale because I sometimes use them to paint on.
It is easily reversible and will get compliments either way.
Three strands of intertwined blue glass beads was used to complete this with monofilament and a piece a MOP button to form the closure.
