19". This necklace is made from pieces from different necklaces. I believe that the turqoise and coral colors are dyed howlite. The multi colored wafers appear to be Mother of Pearl. It comes with a pair of matching earrings made with just the chunky turqoise pieces so they will go with many different looks.
